FIRST TIME AT THE STUDIO?
We ask that new students arrive at the studio 20 minutes early to check in and fill out waiver and member information sheet.
You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, but we have studio mats, blocks and straps you may use during class.
There are two practice rooms, practice room A and B. Check our schedule to see in which room your class is being held.
Yoga is done barefoot, so we ask you to place your shoes in the shoe cubbies outside the practice rooms. Shoes are worn in Zumba and Bodyworks classes.
Each time you arrive for a class, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in at the front desk and get settled in the practice room.
Make sure that you have had enough water intake before your class.
Make your instructor aware of any pre-existing conditions prior to starting class.
The Yoga Unit Late Policy: We ask that all yogis try to be on time to class. Our policy allows a reserved yoga student to attend a class up to 5 minutes after the start of class, any later than that and you will not be allowed to attend. Should you anticipate you will be later than 5 minutes, give us a call and request that one of our staff members place a mat for your spot as to not disrupt students Schedule
