The Yoga Unit is a 5 star experience for mind and body. All the instructors are amazing. You feel rejuvenated, peaceful and good about yourself when you leave.

According to their schedule there was only 1 beginning class. Tuesday mornings at 8:30. Having never gone to a yoga class before I attended this class....
