This workshop is open to all beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Fundamentals of Flow-Style Yoga is a 5 week series that aims to introduce beginners and refresh long-time practitioners to Vinyasa or Flow-Style Yoga.
Although we recommend taking the full series so that you get the deepest, full-bodied learning experience, we have designed the workshop so that each individual module will provide a complete and thorough learning experience in addition to contributing to the course as a whole.

This is a gentle flow using a combination of Vinyasa style movements with many modifications. We encourage the use of straps, blocks, kneeling pads and blankets to support the joints and assist you with your individual needs as you journey through the healthy benefits that can be derived from exploring each yoga posture presented. No previous knowledge of yoga necessary.
Ages 55 and up. Cost $5.00
